We design and build homes that we would live and work in ourselves! All of our houses are custom, one-of-a-kind designs that show a thoughtful attention to detail. High energy efficiency HVAC systems, foam insulation and UV screening double insulated windows make our houses inexpensive to operate. When you buy one of our homes, you’ll enjoy something unique and comfortably livable. We believe that your house can be your home, your office, and your sanctuary!
Blue Pear Designs, LLC is a real estate design and development firm that specializes in land acquisition and architectural design for single and multi-family homes. We also have experience in subdividing and industrial real estate development.
H & H Constructors, LLC is a general contractor that builds exclusively for Blue Pear Designs. H & H Constructors is a certified, registered general contractor with the city of Horseshoe Bay and is a member of the Hill Country Builders Association.

Howard Castleberry
Owner
Howard Castleberry grew up in Austin, Texas. He is a former industrial real estate developer who co-founded GSL Industrial in Houston, Texas (now Welcome Group https://welcomegroup.com) where he built 76 office/industrial buildings. He now does custom spec homes in the Hill Country. Howard owns Blue Pear Designs LLC with Mary Stephens.
